By teaming up with The Hotels Network, Parkhotel Adler found an effective solution to gather the information of abandoning visitors to keep them informed on potential availability updates: Form Builder.

The Solution

The hotel's goals were straightforward:

With Form Builder, Parkhotel Adler was able to create a customized website form to capture the information of those visitors coming across no availability. Displayed on the hotel's booking engine, the form was displayed only to visitors searching for dates when the hotel is sold out, enabling the reservation team to gather information to contact potential guests and keep them informed on potential availability updates.


Moving Forward

Seeing the positive results of the campaign during Christmas generated by THN form builder, the hotel team decided to keep the form live all-year round, with promising results.
